Domenic earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While at USC Gould, he concentrated his studies on litigation-intensive coursework, including Trial Advocacy, Negotiation Theory and Application, Evidence, and E-Discovery Law—deliberately preparing for a career in high-stakes advocacy.

During law school, Domenic externed in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, where he worked alongside seasoned federal prosecutors and gained firsthand experience navigating complex, high-stakes matters in federal court. He also spent years working closely with his father, a veteran criminal defense attorney based in Fresno, California, advocating for clients and safeguarding constitutional rights throughout the state. This early immersion in litigation sharpened his courtroom instincts and reinforced his commitment to client-centered representation.
Scott Bell is an associate attorney at Hakakian Law Group who focuses on helping injured clients recover after car accidents, slip and falls, and other serious injury cases. Scott brings a unique perspective to the firm, having previously defended insurance companies in personal injury litigation. That background allows him to anticipate insurer tactics and build cases that an insurer can't ignore.

Scott earned his B.A. in Communications from Malone University. He began in the legal field working at a law firm representing children with disabilities in disputes against school districts. He quickly advanced from the filing room to direct assistant for the managing partner and concurrently attended People's College of Law and earned his J.D. After law school, Scott began his career as an attorney helping injured workers navigate the California Workers' Compensation system.
